Conosh delivers home-crafted meals to your doorstep in Delhi and Bangalore.
Think of a fun weekend with loads of home-cooked food from different cuisines and drinks while meeting people from different walks of life, doesn’t it sound fun? That’s exactly Conosh, a place to gather and create great memories over food, is trying to do across different cities. With a belief that food unites all, Conosh is bringing skilled home-chefs and bakers together to showcase cooking talents and share mouth-watering food with passionate foodies who will admire and appreciate their skills!
Launched in April 2019 in Bangalore, Conosh started with home-hosted food pop-ups that brought people from different walks of life to bond over home-cooked food. Due to Covid, Conosh reinvented itself as a cloud kitchen to deliver home-crafted meals to your doorstep in Delhi and Bangalore. It indeed has been a blessing for people tired of the entire week of cooking, cleaning and not to forget “working from home”!
Our specially-curated meal during the recent Navratri season from Conosh was no less than a treat which got us drooling like nothing else. A packed vegetarian vrat-friendly thali for each person along with a host of baked goodies was a visual as well as delish treat. The thali had all the light yet yummy Navratri delights including crunchy sabudana papad, flavourful paneer curry paired with a variety of vrat-friendly puris including kuttu ki puris, tantalising sabudana fruit salad, dahi bhalla, stuffed tomatoes, samak ke chawal, along with crispy roasted makhane. A decadent bowl of kheer made with samak rice truly completed the meal.

The thalis were accompanied by some rich and gooey chocolate cookies full of crunchy nuts outside and chocolate inside. What stole the show, though, was a truly satisfying and decadent dark chocolate cake full with crunchy cookies and chocolate bars on top! The sinful desserts baked by pastry chef Ankur Gupta truly left us overwhelmed, and, well, asking for more!
Conosh not only bridges the gap between home chefs and foodies but also brings forward many talented people who know the cooking art well but haven’t been able to showcase it yet.
