The mother of two has also successfully created a niche for herself in the world of fitness and health and her social media is proof of that! Shilpa is a firm believer of striking a balance between healthy eating and fulfilling her cravings. She also has a Youtube cooking channel where she combines taste and health in her recipe videos! Shilpa believes in giving-in to her cravings once a week, but eating clean all through the week. And her recent morning meal proves just that! Her high-protein breakfast was full of overnight soaked oats topped with pomegranate and what looked like spices. Seems like Shilpa was up and working as we guessed from the several hashtags she wrote on the image including #shootdiaries #wholesome and #breakfast. The picture was taken by the window with a view of the city and several brushes from her vanity, which looked like she’s getting ready for a shoot while noshing on her delectable breakfast.
