Across the world, there have been a total of 4,73,94,468 confirmed coronavirus cases, data shows.

With a jump of 46,253 new COVID-19 cases in the last 24 hours, the country’s overall coronavirus case numbers touched 83.13 lakh, Health Ministry data shared this morning shows.
The daily case count rose by 20 per cent, nearing the national weekly average of 45,000, after dropping by 15 per cent on Monday.
Deaths related to COVID-19 also rose marginally over Monday’s figure to 514. With this, 1,23,611 have lost their lives to the highly viral disease.
Though active cases in India dropped further to 5.3 lakh, the fall in numbers has slowed as coronavirus case curve shows signs of flattening instead of a steady decline.
More than 76.5 lakh people have successfully fought off the disease, with 53,357 people having been discharged in the last 24 hours.
