An earthquake of magnitude 4.9 was reported near Campbell Bay in Andaman and Nicobar island on Saturday morning, according to India’s National Center for Seismology.
The epicentre of the earthquake was 255 km southeast (SE) of Campbell Bay, Andaman and Nicobar island, India, the agency said. The earthquake struck at 12:03 AM IST at a depth of 10 km from the surface.
