To make this recipe at home, you would require chicken, curd, methi leaves, onions, cinnamon powder, cardamom powder, white pepper, black peppercorn, coriander leaves, green chillies, ginger-garlic paste, cumin seeds, salt and lemon juice. The recipe does not use tomatoes or red chillies, as the idea is for methi to shine. It has a perfect creamy taste, that is undercut by the hotness of rustic spices. Make sure your chicken is coated well with masalas and you have a winner. It only helps that chicken is also an exceptional source of protein.
