The plate full of nutrition boasted of dishes such as amaranth khichdi, roasted vegetable, baked tofu with house masala, wilted baby spinach, avocado, sprouts, anaar with lemon honey vinaigrette along with dollops of hummus! Looks like Mira Kapoor knows how to curate a balanced meal.
Amaranth is known for its plentiful health benefits. The gluten-free cereal is brimming with calcium, protein, fibre and manganese and also come loaded with antioxidants. Combined with baby spinach, avocado, sprouts and pomegranate, this modern thali might just be one of the healthiest one to load up on! Mira posted the picture twice, in the first one she took a sly dig at traditional thalis and wrote ‘Makhani gravy missing #sideofweird’ and posted again mentioning all the dishes.
