It is strained in a cup and finished with some lime juice and honey for taste.

The spices in kadha are known to have healing properties. Cardamom is a treasure of free-radical fighting antioxidants, while cinnamon also has anti-inflammatory properties. On the other hand ginger, is a traditional remedy of indigestion, flatulence, and bloating. Including it in your warm drinks could help treat throats and nasal infections. Topping it with honey is not just a taste enhancer but also a natural energy-booster and comes loaded with antibacterial and antiviral properties that helps ease cold, cough and flu.
