Federer hasn’t replied on the video yet but it surely got Tendulkar’s fans excited.

Two years back it was Federer’s cricket skills that floored Tendulkar, who praised the Swiss great’s hand-eye co-ordination on the grasscourt after a video of him playing a tennis shot which seemed like a forward defence (cricket shot) during a Wimbledon round-of-16 match in 2018.

Both Tendulkar and Federer engaged in a funny banter on twitter after Wimbledon posted a the video of Federer, asking the ICC to rate his forward defence.

“As always, great hand-eye co-ordination. @rogerfederer, let’s exchange notes on cricket and tennis after you win your 9th Wimbledon title,” wrote Tendulkar on Twitter.

Tendulkar and Federer share a great relationship off the field and court, having met on several occasions in the past, especially at Wimbledon. Tendulkar has always rated Federer as his favourite tennis player as well.
