Drink This Ginger-Apple-Carrot Juice To Rev Up Your Immunity Naturally

Even apples and carrots are loaded with this potent antioxidant. Carrots also happen to be enriched with beta-carotene another strong antioxidant. Other than enhancing immunity, all these superfoods are also good for bones, eyes and weight-loss.
Another ingredient that truly makes the drink special is ginger or adrak, the desi remedy for cold, flu and indigestion. To make this juice, you would need:

  • 1 medium sized apple, chopped
  • 1 small carrot, chopped
  • 1 small piece of ginger

Method:

1. In a blend, add all the fruits and vegetables, along with ginger and give it a good blend.
2. If the consistency is too thick, add some water and blend again.
