Here is a recipe of healthy pasta that you can welcome in your healthy weight loss diet. In fact, many past studies have suggested that pasta is good for weight loss if made the right way.

Protein-rich paneer pasta recipe –

Ingredients:

(Serving – 2)

Promoted

1 1/2 cups penne pasta
1 onion, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 cup tomato puree
1 cup grated paneer
Half cup paneer, cubed
Half cup capsicum, chopped
Half cup boiled corns
1 tbsp garlic, chopped
1 tbsp ginger, grated
1 tsp sugar
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder to taste
Oregano to taste
Red chilli flakes to taste
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp garam masala
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Olive oil for cooking
Method:
Step 1 – Boil pasta in water with some salt and oil till cooked. Drain the water and run it through cold water. Keep aside.
Step 2 – Saute chopped onions and garlic till light brown.
Step 3 – Add chopped tomatoes, salt, cumin powder, black pepper powder, oregano and chilli flakes, and saute for 2 minutes.
Step 4  – Add tomato puree and sugar, mix well, and let the tomatoes cook till oil separates.
Step 5 – Add capsicum and boiled corns. Cover the pan with a lid and wait till capsicum is cooked.
Step 6 – Add boiled pasta, grated paneer, paneer cubes and garam masala. Mix well and turn off the gas.
Step 7 – Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
