How To Make Dahi Ki Chutney | Curd Chutney Recipe:

Ingredients:

2 cups of curd

Black salt, as per taste

1 teaspoon black pepper

Honey, as per taste

Half onion, chopped

Hing, 1 pinch

For Tadka:

Half teaspoon oil

Half teaspoon jeera

1 whole red chilli

Method:

Step 1. Take the curd, black salt, black pepper, honey, onion, hing in a bowl and add some water to it.

Step 2. Whisk it well to get a smooth and creamy consistency. Avoid lump.

Step 4. Add the tadka to the dahi mix and serve.
