Chef Saurabh Agrawal of Crowne Plaza hotel revealed the secret recipe of a very popular spaghetti pasta – aglio olio peperoncino, also called spaghetti A.O.P. It is the simplest pasta recipe you’ll ever come across. Believe us! Spaghetti noodles are infused with plentiful flavours of garlic and greasiness of olive oil. Chilli flakes add the much-needed spiciness and white wine adds another dimension to the dish. This pasta dish is not complete without a liberal smattering of coriander leaves and garlic-infused oil again on top. Of course, cheese is added too, but unlike other Italian dishes, you’ll enjoy garlic and oil in this pasta more than the archetypal cheese.
