Made with potatoes and a special masala, a bowl of peri peri fries can make anyone slurp any time of the day. For the uninitiated, the name came from the peri peri chillies of Africa. A quintessential peri peri fries include spice-mix made with this African chilli. However, with time and convenience, we have replaced peri peri chillies with normal chilli powder and chilli flakes in the recipe.

All you need to do is deep fry some potatoes strips and sprinkle a spice-mix on it. This spice-mix generally includes ginger powder, cinnamon powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, oregano, salt, coriander powder, black pepper powder, red chilli flakes and powdered sugar.
